With a passion for all things growth, Jesse leads Tiimely's enterprise growth strategy. When he's not talking to customers and learning about their challenges or driving demand with marketing, he's out either walking his two dogs or spending time in the garden.

Had you heard of Tiimely before?

Yes, I had! Moving over to Adelaide around the same time that Tiimely (back then it was called Tic:Toc) launched, there was a lot of media coverage on bring the first digital home loan to Australia. I had been watching the company for years before deciding to apply for a position.

What were your thoughts when you first stepped out of the lift and into the Tiimely office?

I felt very welcomed. My first day was organised and planned to make it a seamless experience. The office is very open, colaborative and across 2 floors, which I thought was rare for technology companies in Adelaide.

Can you explain your current role?

My role here at Tiimely is Enterprise Growth Lead. In this role, I look after the demand generation funnel for Tiimely’s enterprise business which centres around Xapii, a financial assessment platform. I’ve also been lucky enough to pick up a few projects across partnerships and sales which have allowed me to expand my skillset.

What do you find most rewarding about your role?

I’m lucky enough to work within a team of passionate people who who love what they’re doing, making being a part of Tiimely a rewarding experience. Beyond that, I’m very data driven so seeing continuous improvements from the team and my efforts is extremely rewarding.

How has your role changed since you entered the field?

I started out very focused on print media and more traditional marketing channels. I then moved into soley digital focused role where the businesses would only use online lead sources. Today, AI is playing an important part in my role, especially when it comes to flows, processes, and repetitive tasks.

What type of project excites you most at Tiimely?

I’m excited by larger projects that push me outside of my skillset and there have been plenty of those opportunities at Tiimely. From implementing CRM systems to getting more involved with sales and working with partners. There’s been no shortage of exciting projects.

How did you get started in your field?

I was lucky enough to be able to work within a family marketing agency where I developed a big interest in digital marketing. From there I visited Adelaide for a holiday, loved it, and moved when I landed my first SaaS gig which started my path in tech growth marketing.

What hobby are you into right now?

I spend a lot of time with my two dogs, playing games or gardening.

Would you describe yourself as a more technical or a more creative person?

Definitely more technical. I enjoy working with data, numbers and optimising performance.
