Hi. My name is Andrew. This is Liv and Jordan, we are credit assessors and we're here to answer some frequently asked questions about Xapii.
How did you assess loans before Xapii?
[Andrew] The main thing for me was just how many manual statements there were and just trying to sift through pages and pages and pages of statements and. Yeah, that was definitely the main thing for me.
[Jordan] The good thing about Xapii is it digitally validates income based off of salary credits. We can also screen scrape from statements. There's no longer a requirement to look through every single transaction we can filter to get that income.
It just brings a lot of stuff to the surface that we would have to look for previously.
[Liv] I haven't had to know anything but using Xapii.
But I did used to work on the other side of our home loans. And it did take a lot longer, for assessors to get through those.
