Tiimely achieves B Corp Certification
Tiimely has successfully achieved B Corp certification as part of its ongoing commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The Certification follows a 12-month process which examined Tiimely’s business model and practices.

The B Corp Certification is awarded to companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Tiimely's successful certification is validation of the company’s belief in the possibility of businesses operating as a force for good through their business model and doing business in a good way. This builds on the commitment to making a positive impact with ethical and sustainable business practices front of mind whilst acknowledging that it is a journey, not a destination.
The process of accreditation presented many opportunities to improve, some of which included changing to 100% renewable electricity at Tiimely HQ, measuring emissions, elevating the recycling program and sourcing sustainable local suppliers.
What it means to be a B Corp
From its inception, Tiimely (formerly Tic:Toc) has consistently prioritised responsible lending and a commitment to ethical practices, aligning closely with its overarching goal of delivering seamless experiences. Placing customers at the forefront and maintaining a like-minded attitude resonate with the ethos shared by over 3000 B Corp Certified companies worldwide.

Key to this achievement is the collaborative effort involved in the certification process, through the efforts of an employee working group.
The working group responsible for spearheading this initiative comprised of individuals from various areas within Tiimely who had expressed strong interest in contributing. They are now Tiimely’s B Corp / Impact champions. This inclusive approach ensured a diversity of perspectives, aligning with Tiimely's core values of fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Our working group has a distinct visibility to the way our dedication to people, communities, and the planet is not only recognised as an overarching mission, but is genuinely in every little thing that we do across our platform and with people, partners, policies, and products. This gave us all the opportunity to consider different ways of driving better outcomes in our own areas of impact by using each other's experiences, suggestions, successes, and challenges as an incredible resource.
Tiimely recognises that the B Corp Certification is not just a one-time achievement but a commitment to ongoing continuous improvement. The company remains dedicated to the pursuit of upholding high standards of social and environmental impact espoused by B Corps and the diverse perspectives brought forth by the working group will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping Tiimely's sustainable business practices as we set future impact goals and measures.
