Paulina, Business Intelligence and Visualisation Analyst

Can you explain your current role?

I work as a Business Intelligence and Visualization Analyst, where I handle data to ensure it's properly formatted and ready to use for insightful visualizations. What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of people within the company—both business-oriented professionals and highly technical experts. This variety keeps my work engaging and offers constant opportunities to learn and grow.

What was interview process like?

I had a very positive experience with the interview process. Karam was incredibly friendly and professional, maintaining clear communication at every stage. This made it easier to stay informed and reduced any uncertainty I had.
While interviews can be stressful, the team was exceptionally welcoming and supportive, which helped me feel comfortable and perform at my best. I want to extend a big thank you to Min, Joe, and Weiwei.

Tiimely's office is quite open and airy. Does this differ from your previous workplaces, and do you prefer it?

I really like the Tiimely office, especially because it's open and filled with natural light. The plants and common area create a great space where everyone can collaborate and socialize.

What were your thoughts when you first stepped out of the lift and into the Tiimely office?

I was quite stressed on my first day at work, especially since it was also my third day in Adelaide after moving from Sydney. However, my team welcomed me warmly and was very friendly. They recognized that I was feeling anxious and arranged a coffee meeting with another Polish colleague at Tiimely to help me settle in. Magda was especially thoughtful and made an effort to cheer me up. It was really comforting to chat in my native language and connect with someone who shared a similar experience of moving abroad.
Not knowing anyone in Adelaide made the first few months challenging, but the supportive and friendly Tiimely team helped me through that lonely period.

What hobby are you into right now?

I love staying active. I hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I am also learning to play tennis, and taking Spanish lessons to prepare for my big trip to Mexico.

How do you like your coffee?

I absolutely love my coffee! Every day at home, I grind my beans, enjoy the first smell, and then enjoy the taste. It really makes my day.
